Make value move.

Our Why

We believe customer value should flow where people can use it and businesses can grow.

Imagine being able to put more of the rewards and incentives you earn towards the choices that matter to you. Businesses reaching demand they can profitably serve. Institutions deploying value precisely, measuring the return and investing again. Across markets and regions, more opportunities become worth pursuing: customers able to buy, enterprises able to deliver, and returns that justify building.

Our ladybird reflects that belief. Moving through the garden, it strengthens an ecosystem it does not need to own. We build with the same instinct: coordinate independent participants in ways that create profitable opportunities.

That is why we are building Paycurra. Value needs to be accessible in forms people and businesses can actually use. Yet participants have different systems, competing interests and economics, data and customer relationships to protect. Our infrastructure connects commercial intent with individual needs, preferences and context. It enables participants to act together while retaining authority over their own commitments, economics and customer relationships.

We believe economies thrive when independent participants can pursue their ambitions, retain the rewards of what they create, and find profitable reasons to work together. Value flowing between them gives people more choice, businesses more room to build, and markets more opportunity to grow.

Founders Story

Why we are building Paycurra

Customers should be able to use the value they earn where it matters to them. Businesses should be able to offer that value in ways that make commercial sense.

For me, the gap was personal: I had earned air miles and rewards but could not use them for a trip to see family and friends in Lagos.

Working on pricing, promotions, loyalty and payments at ASOS and organisations in banking and insurance showed me the business side. These systems supported billions of pounds in transactions. During Black Friday, a promotion could increase demand, overlap with other offers and change profitability as exchange rates moved. Making an offer work meant coordinating the systems and decisions behind it.

That shaped Paycurra. Our marketplace brings products, offers and purchases together. Our Commerce APIs let banks, brands and merchants deliver incentives through their own channels, retaining control of their budgets and customer relationships.

The problem spans markets. We are building a network where businesses can combine independently funded incentives, retain control of their commitments and give customers more value they can use.

Our team brings together experience in enterprise security, marketplace growth, operations and supply chains, supported by the founding engineers behind Paycurra’s platform.
